White Pumpkin Deepam(pumpkin lamp) for Lord Bhairava

Bhairava means "terrifying" and it is an adjective applied to Shiva in his fearful aspect. Lord Bhairava has eight principal manifestations that serve as guardians of the eight directions and as consorts to "theastamatrika"(female) or eight mother goddesses. In general, number eight is closely connected with Bhairava's symbolism. Each Bhairavar has eight sub Bhairavars under them, further subdivided into eight (8 x 8 = 64). The best worship of Bairavar isSwarna Akarshana Bairavar in which form he is in a seated posture with Bairavi(consort) on his lap, Amudha Kalasam(Immortality Elixir)  on one hand and Soolam(Trident) on the other. Worshipping him on Ashtami Thithi, full moon day, Fridays and Tuesdays will bring all fortunes, gold and other valuables, besides all entitled property. One can obtain all material wealth by doing meditation on Bhiravar.

White Pumpkin Deepam is the lamp made out of pumpkin. In Bhairava worship, Pumpkin Deepam is very auspicious for Lord Bairavar. It is believed that one who worships this Bairavar on Ashtami Thithi (the eight day after the full moon which is called as Krishnapaksa Astami) will be freed from all debts and loans. It is also believed that property disputes will be solved by worshiping this Bairavar by lighting up the pumpkin deepam. Bhairava is the God who can bless you with gold and other material wealth. His Yantra emits the divine energy that would bless you with money, gold and other riches. It is the best divine remedy to heal your financial problems in life. The word Swarna means Gold; upon worshiping Swarna Akarshana Bhairava you will be blessed with heaps of gold and money.
